This policy outlines shipping details for all low-cost shoes orders delivered to addresses within worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and handed to our courier partner.
  • Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will start processing the next Monday

2. Shipping Courier Partners

We partner with trusted  couriers for nationwide delivery:

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order ships—track via the courier’s website or our order status page

3. Shipping Responsibilities

  • We are responsible for processing and shipping your order within the stated timeframe
  • The courier is responsible for delivery; delays due to weather, customs (domestic), courier backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses are not our liability
  • You must provide a complete, accurate shipping address (including RT/RW, district, postal code) and a valid phone number for courier contact
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed item:
    • We will notify you via email
    • You may request re-delivery (you pay re-shipping fee) or a refund (product cost only—original shipping fee non-refundable)

4. Lost/Damaged Packages

Damaged Package: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged package and item—we will approve a replacement or refund per our Return Policy

Lost Package: If tracking shows no update for 10+ days (or not delivered within 25 days of shipment), email suter@pocloetsk.com File with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and either reship the item or issue a full refund (including shipping) within 7 business days
